Dysport
Conveniently located to serve Chicago
Dysport is an FDA approved injectable medication. It is one of a class of medications called neuromodulators that can relax muscles and help erase wrinkles, treat sagging skin, shape the face and overall rejuvenate your appearance. The FDA has approved neuromodulators for treatment of wrinkles, excessive sweating, and muscle spasms. In cosmetic medicine, the most common neuromodulators are Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin. These are quite safe and injected underneath the skin in the area of desired treatment.
Crow’s feet, forehead wrinkles, brow wrinkles or “elevens” are often treated. Excessive sweating can also be treated with simple injections. Facial slimming by injecting the masseter muscles are also a common procedure. Sagging neck skin or neck bands can sometimes be treated with neuromodulators.
Dr. Revenaugh and Dr. Smith have extensive experience in the use of neuromodulators for many indications. They can help you choose the best treatment and help you achieve the results you desire.
